Air Pollutant Emission-Cap regulation
  • An advanced environmental management system that regulates the air pollution by allocating the maximum quantity of air pollutants to be emitted in the designated year in the place of business
  • Emission-cap excess charge is levied once allocation is exceeded and allocation for the place of business If emission is within allocation, transfer of unused emission between places of business and banking to the following year is possible.

For the effective enforcement of the air pollutant emission-cap regulation, K-eco established the emission-cap management system which is in operation at present.
The emission-cap management system is internet information system that collects and stores data transmitted from direct monitoring device in real time and then calculates emissions based on monthly emission data and performs emission allocation, adjustment, emission-cap excess charge calculation.
